When Yael came out and we met with her, she just had all the answers to all our questions right away. She clicked into what we needed, what we wanted and our price point. All those things meshed together. She was really on top of it and she was engaged on just about everything.
Yael came out and checked up on it and checked with us, communicated anything that we saw that we wanted to change or do differently. We didn't have any issues at all, Eddie and his crew were phenomenal in their craftsmanship and their work. The product is wonderful!
Communication is so important and if we had questions or if we had any concerns, those were addressed right away, and so we really appreciated that because we knew what to expect and how to plan around those different challenges. The end result exceeded our expectations!
So when we met with Better Together Builders, Ido was the project manager that was assigned and immediately, I think after that first meeting, our first walkthrough with him, we just really felt like he understood what we wanted and really understood what we were looking for
To be able to kind of go from, you know, no real starting point on the exterior of our home, to having a complete solution. It was really nice to be able to work with them, see these designs, and then have a final result.
Renovation was something new to both of us, so we wanted to connect with Yael and really learn about the process. When she came over, we really connected. Initially, we felt that she had a vision in mind, that was what we were looking for.
I totally recommend Better Together Builders, especially Tomer. He’s been my guiding light whenever I had any issues - he’s been super helpful and couldn’t imagine doing it without him.
So we had the idea to make this a false cabinet and open it a secret way to get into the bedroom and on the other side that enabled us to get a beautiful, huge, wall unit cabinet! The communication was key to the whole thing, Ido was very good about that. They set up a WhatsApp group, which kept everybody informed.

I interviewed multiple contractors and I found Nikki to be great just because she was the only female project manager out there and she had great energy and had a good design vision.
We didn't understand a lot of the processes as this was our first time going through any kind of renovation, and Ido helped explain everything to us - he was very patient with us and, just understanding of our needs after we discussed them.
First meeting with Tomer was great! We went over everything I was looking for, answered all the questions, he took a lot of pictures and talked about some of the initial ideas we had and it was just easy and felt good.
Once the work got started, Ava was really great with the project coordination. She is very personable, you can tell she really cares about her work!
So when we first started, we got together with Ava, and she put together a 3D design for us to take a look at. The bathroom that I’m standing in today looks nothing like what it was when we started, and it was really hard to visualize where we were gonna end up. - When we worked with Better Together Builders, on the other hand, we had an open channel of communications
It was pretty fun, very fast. Dor gave us an estimate, went up to the roof, he even checked our roof and told us the roof’s condition. He came with an estimate, we signed on it, a few days after a truck came, pulled out all the equipment, the day after they came to install it, and that was it!
The craftsmanship was like (top) quality, and it's nice that we had 3 point people from Better Together Builders that we could contact at any time if there was ever an issue, and that just made us very comfortable and just relieved a lot of stress.
So we are so ecstatic with our bathroom update. Everything is so wonderful! It's a dream bathroom and we cannot thank Better Together Builders enough for the results.
The communication is so open with them, they never make you feel that you were on the wrong. It was always about what we want, like how do we want to do it, because we're gonna be the ones living here.
Our project manager did this very neat 3D design where he showed us what it would look like. It was really helpful and none of the other companies actually did that, so that was cool. He also went to the tile store with us, and walked us through every single thing. Literally “Better Together Builders” is exactly what they do, they totally do it together with you, it made it so easy!
Our project manager was Ido and he was the best ever, he was amazing. As you can see, our bathroom is absolutely gorgeous and we love it! The whole process was absolutely amazing from the beginning to the end! We are just in love with our bathroom and we can’t wait to remodel out kitchen!
From step one we met with Yoti and Yanni and they were very professional, always early. When preparing for the project we heard a lot of horror stories about contractors, so we were very weary and very cautious about who we were going to hire but we couldn’t have picked a better company, it’s a dream come true!
Once we realized that we were going to be in the house for a lot more days steady because of COVID, we really had to fix up our bathroom, which was a complete disaster. We found Ido on a Facebook group, through recommendations, they just had praise for him. Everybody was constant and professional. Everybody was here on time and we were just before eight o clock, light wraps on the door. We really appreciate all the work they did and I would recommend them to come in.
I went into Angie’s List, and one of the top rated contractor was Better Together Builders. I met with Yoti and he went through some of the processes and general pricing. I explained to Yoti that what I wanted was a vintage Los Angeles bathroom that would look timeless and I am really happy with the results!
